Terms and Conditions for Dinosaur Mission LDA

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Dinosaur Mission LDA's photobooth vending machine services. By using the photobooth vending machine, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Use of Photobooth Vending Machine

1.1 Service Availability: The photobooth vending machine is available for use during the operating hours of the location where it is placed. Dinosaur Mission LDA is not responsible for any disruption of service due to technical issues, maintenance, or venue restrictions.

1.2 Operation: Instructions on how to use the photobooth are displayed on the screen. By using the machine, you agree to follow these instructions. Misuse of the machine may result in loss of service or damage fees.

1.3 Price: The cost per photo session is displayed on the machine. Payment must be made in full before the photobooth printing session begins. Prices are subject to change without notice.

1.4 Payment Methods: The photobooth vending machine accepts credit cards, and debit cards processed by Nayax. Payments are non-refundable once a session begins.

1.5 No Reprints: The photobooth machine does not offer reprints. Digital copies of the photos, if available, can be accessed via https://linktr.ee/photorex_pt.

2. Photos and Print Quality

2.1 Prints: The photobooth vending machine will print based on the package selected of each photo session. Additional prints must be purchased by initiating a new session.

2.2 Photo Quality: While the photobooth vending machine is designed to deliver high-quality prints, factors such as lighting, user behavior, and environmental conditions may affect the quality of the photos. Dinosaur Mission LDA is not liable for photos that do not meet your expectations.

2.3 Photo Customization: The photobooth may offer customizable features such as filters or frames. By using these features, you accept the final output as it appears on the machine's preview screen.

3. Privacy and Data Use

3.1 Privacy of Photos: The photos taken by the photobooth vending machine are for personal use only. Dinosaur Mission LDA does not store, share, or sell any images taken by the machine unless explicit permission is provided.

3.2 Use of Data: If digital copies are provided through email or mobile delivery, your contact information will be used solely for this purpose. We will not share or sell your information to third parties without your consent.

3.3 Consent for Public Use: By using the photobooth machine, you agree that photos may be used for promotional purposes by Dinosaur Mission LDA and/or the event organiser. You may opt-out by contacting terms-privacy@photorex.eu

4. Liability and Maintenance

4.1 Damage to Equipment: Any intentional damage or vandalism to the photobooth machine will result in liability for repair or replacement costs. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

4.2 Machine Malfunction: If the photobooth vending machine malfunctions during your session, please contact support@photorex.pt . Refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion in cases of technical errors.

4.3 Force Majeure: Dinosaur Mission LDA is not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or technical failures caused by third parties.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 No Refunds: Once a session has begun, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with photo quality or changes to session settings. Refunds may be issued only in cases of machine malfunction at the company’s discretion.

5.2 Lost Prints: Dinosaur Mission LDA is not responsible for prints lost, stolen, or damaged after they are dispensed from the machine.

6. User Conduct

6.1 Appropriate Use: Users agree to behave in an appropriate and respectful manner while using the photobooth vending machine. Any offensive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior may result in the termination of the session without a refund and possible legal consequences.

6.2 Number of Users: Overloading the booth or misuse of the space can result in damage to the machine and may void your session without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership of Images: All photos created using the photobooth vending machine are for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use of the images without express permission from Dinosaur Mission LDA is prohibited.

7.2 Company Branding: Any logos, watermarks, or branding included on the photos cannot be removed or altered without the permission of Dinosaur Mission LDA.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
